We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer -Record to Report
In this role, we require someone with extensive knowledge and experience in, Record to Report- Servicing of Loans & Leasing portfolio which would primarily involve account maintenance, bank reconciliations, payment processing, invoicing and investor reporting.
Responsibilities
.Provide R2R transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness daily
.Process Standard Monthly Journal
.Intercompany & Bank reconciliation and confirmation
.Sub-Ledger vs General-Ledger reconciliation review
.Execute projects detail work and ensure all reporting requirement are met.
.Ensure all activities on the MEC are updated.
.Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation
.Resolve general accounting and reporting issues in consultation with the Team Lead
.Execute work in accordance with the service management framework by providing timely and accurate customer service.
.Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times.
.Ensure stakeholders queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible and proactive manner.
.Identify, recommend and implement solutions upon Team Leads confirmation for continuous improvement opportunities.
.Strong Analytical skills to understand process issues and provide solution basis on process requirements.
.Drive Continuous improvements by quality initiatives.
.Others
.Ensure all SLAs/KPIs are met as per agreed in client contract.
.SOPs to referred while processing and all recent changes are updated immediately.
.Errors are reported on the error tracker on daily basis.
.All knowledge gaps are reported to FLM to seek guidance.Qualifications we seek in you
