    Description

    We are looking for a seasoned Senior Front-End Web Developer who excels in crafting clean, responsive, and scalable web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

    • Lead the development and maintenance of front-end architecture using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
    • Guide and mentor junior developers conducting code reviews fostering best practices
    • Translate high-fidelity UI/UX designs into functional mobile-first web components ensuring optimal performance responsiveness accessibility WCAG compliance collaborating cross-functionally with product design back-end teams championing implementing front-end standards reusable components design systems evaluating integrating new tools libraries frameworks troubleshooting complex UI UX bugs compatibility issues contributing to front-end technical roadmaps architectural decisions requiring strong eye for design attention pixel-perfect detail leadership mindset mentoring guiding team members excellent communication skills clearly articulating front end decisions passion clean code performance user first development required qualifications include five years professional front end experience expert level skills in HTML5 CSS3 Bootstrap strong understanding responsive design mobile first development experience cross browser development progressive enhancement familiarity accessibility best practices ARIA roles solid command version control Git collaborative workflows working knowledge JavaScript jQuery DOM manipulation experience agile environments preferred qualifications include Bachelor's degree Computer Science Web Development related discipline equivalent experience exposure modern front end frameworks Angular plus familiarity templating engines CMS platforms WordPress Shopify Liquid understanding performance optimization code splitting lazy loading asset minification what you bring includes leadership mindset guidance skill ability communicate decisions amount wealth better kept mind seeking talented skilled valuable productivity passionate innovator open growth challenge enjoyment initiative creativity friendship colleagues taking kindly honesty kind respectful helping cohesive helping community potential beneficial time.
