Offering a wide range of financial services digitally, such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan against property (LAP), DigiGold investment, Insurance, Credit Score Report, and Expense Tracker.


    Job Summary:

    The Business Head - Gold Loans will oversee the gold loan business unit, drive growth strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage day-to-day operations. This role demands strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a history of achieving business targets.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute the business strategy for the gold loan division.
    • Identify new market opportunities and formulate plans for market expansion.
    • Set challenging yet attainable goals aligned with the company's overall strategy.
    Operational Management:
    • Supervise daily operations to enhance efficiency.
    • Ensure all processes comply with legal requirements.
    • Implement best practices and operational standards.
    Business Development:
    • Drive business growth through customer acquisition and retention.
    • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and adapt strategies based on market trends.
    Team Leadership:
    • Mentor and lead a high-performing team.
    • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and performance.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
    Financial Management:
    • Manage the budget and ensure financial targets are achieved.
    • Monitor financial performance and optimize resource allocation.
    Customer Service:
    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance service quality.
    • Develop customer-centric policies.
    Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the gold loan business.
    • Ensure security measures for gold assets.
    • Review and update risk management policies regularly.
    Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
    Experience: Minimum of 10 years in financial services with at least 5 years in a gold loan leadership role. Key qualifications include strategic planning, industry knowledge, financial acumen, communication skills, and proficiency in financial software.
