Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Fluent English is a must (Ability to speak, write, listen & read English).
Experience in Hiring at all level of experiences like Manager, senior level and Junior level
positions
Must have experience on the end to end Recruitment process.
Excellent knowledge of recruiting Digital Marketers and Web Developers.
Screening Candidates from different Job portals (i.e. Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin, social
networking etc)
Must have the ability to understand job requirements and build strategies for best results.
Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates Relevant to the requirement.
Must have strong follow up skills and Database/ pool creation for all ongoing and
upcoming job requirements.
Maintaining reports and database of candidates.
Must be flexible enough to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.
Organise and attend job fairs, Campus recruitment drives and recruitment events,
whenever required.
