    Description

    · Responsible for launching new & strengthening the existing brands in General segment.

    · Design & implement Promotional / communication strategies for general segment.

    · Proactive development of marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs.

    · Analyze market, sales potential & expenses.

    · Work in the Field to evaluate effectiveness of Strategies and formulate new strategies and monitor and motivate

    field staff.

    · Monitoring business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as

    required meeting business objectives.

    · Explore / Identify potential market segments & new frontiers.

    · Accurate management of budgets for the brand.

    · Acts as brand champion to create enthusiasm and focus internally and with external customers and agencies.

    · Customers oriented campaign & special activities.

    · Training of salesforce for implementation of promotional strategy, USPs etc.

    · Getting quotations, comparing the same, finalizing specifications, placing orders and follow up for delivery of

    · promotional items including gifts.

    · Understand the basic requirements of artworks for packing material.

    · Support and Build a team to achieve team goals Management of external agencies to meet team goals.

    · Interaction with sales colleagues (phone calls, personal interaction, meetings etc.).

    · Interaction & Negotiation with customers directly through customer visits.

    · Key customer Development (CRM activities).

    · Liaison with production & supply chain department to ensure availability of stocks as per billing plans.

    · Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for the brand.

    Desired Profile:

    · B.Pharm / B.Sc + MBA with 4 to 8 years' experience in field & Product Management.

    · Strong knowledge of disease areas, Pharma sales & mkt processes

    · Should have a strong command over written & verbal communication in English.

    · Energetic, organized with Strong technical background.

    · Excellent communication skills.
