This person will be responsible for onboarding new clients as well as overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including tour package & travel planning, product development, logistics, customer service, vendor management and legal & appellant issues.

The ideal candidate (preferably from Tourism & Travel industry) should have proven leadership and management skills, along with a strong ability in strategy.

• Identify business opportunities through market research/networking and onboard them
• Develop and implement effective operational strategies to ensure smooth daytoday business operations
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding market share
• Lead product development initiatives, staying updated with industry trends and customer preferences
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and managing partnerships
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, leading and developing a highperforming team

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience in a senior operations or business development role, preferably within the Tourism & Travel industry
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects related to the travel industry
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
• Willingness to travel extensively
