Inthis role youwill:

• Beempowered to solve software product problems in a way that worksfor ourbusiness
  
• Carryout market competition analysis and userresearch
  
• Communicatedirectly with customers to understand their needs and identifytarget usecases
  
• Defineproduct requirements including user flows wireframes and systemdiagrams
  
• Prioritizeproduct initiatives based on quantitative and qualitative databusiness strategy and marketcontext
  
• Workwith the UX design team and with technical leads to designfeatures
  
• Conductusability testing in collaboration with UX designteam
  
• Workwith technical leads and development teams in an agile environmentto ensure implementation is of high quality and strategicallyaligned
  
• Communicaterisks and manage change in realtime
  
• Ownand execute release strategy in close coordination with marketingand developmentdepartments
  
• Provideinternal training and crossdepartmental communication for newfeatures
  
• Analyzeusage metrics to validate expected business impact and iterativelyadjust the product roadmap inresponse
  

Tobe successful in this role you will need thefollowing:

• Adegree from a reputableuniversity
  
• Atrack record ofexcellence
  
• 5years experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaScompany
  
• Experiencein leading and driving execution with crossfunctionalteams
  
• Excellentinterpersonalskills
  
• NativeEnglish speaker or English at a very highlevel
  
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication to technical and nontechnicalstakeholders
  
• Curiosityand the ability to understand business and clientneeds
  
• Abilityto analyze and simplify complexsystems
  
• Experiencein implementing products using Agile methodologies(advantage)
