    ServiceNow Hardware Assets Management Consultant

    Location: Onsite-Bengaluru

    Experience: 6+ Years

    Main Technology: Hardware Asset Management, Service Now, ITSM, ITAM tools

    • The role is to support the Global Asset Manager in all aspects of Global End User Device (EUD)Hardware Asset Management (HAM) including Asset disposal activity. It involves collaboration and engagement with Global/Regional/local stakeholders related to HAM.

    Collaboration with ServiceNow Platform/ ITAM PO and other cross-functional teams to ensure quality and adherence to compliance

    Key Accountabilities

    • Knowledge in IT compliance Standards, ensuring data accuracy for Asset life Cycle Management (Forecasting, Procurement, Deployment, Utilization, Maintenance & Disposal) in Service Now, as it forms the basis for effectively managing the full asset lifecycle and making well informed decisions under the guidance of the Global Asset Manager.
    • Collaborate and engage with Regional HAMs/Local HAMs on HAM related matters to ensure adherence to Standard End user device assignment rules
    • Inspect ServiceNow data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Monitoring and governing the Asset disposal process globally. Co-ordinating and liasioning with the Disposal vendors to ensure adherence to SLAs and agreed deliverables
    • Establish and maintain process guidelines, necessary user guides and perform training to end-user
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting based on the EUD HAM data
    • Assist, collaborate & manage IT End User Device (EUD) related Projects

    Secondary focus area

    • Maintain a list of service improvements and enhancements. Identify new service requirements to existing services and provide input to service owner / service provider.
    • Perform health assessments of Global HAM Policies and processes/Practices .
    • Generate KPIs for governance and control to ensure compliance with established standards.
    • Conduct process deviation monitoring to identify areas for improvement.
    • Monitor development with quality checks and controls including control reports for various parameters
    • Identify and escalate issues to management as needed.

    Key Skills Required -

    • Exposure on Service now and Asset life Cycle Management (Forecasting, Procurement, Deployment, Utilization, Maintenance & Disposal)
    • 5+ years of IT or professional experience with service management, service delivery and/or operational vendor management
    • Strong analytical skills or worked as Business analyst
    • Knowledge of ServiceNow and experience with governance and control is a plus (KPI dashboard creation, report generation etc)
    • Should have worked on an ITSM/ITAM tool (Service Now, BMC Remedy, HP service management ticketing tool etc.)
    • Extended Expertise in MS Office ( Outlook, Power Point & especially excel )
    • Good technical knowledge in Microsoft, Window 10, 0365 environment, hardware; infrastructure and IOS devices.
    • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English written and spoken
    • Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under high time pressure
