The Social Media Marketing Executive is responsible for creating and implementing social media marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing and business goals. The role involves managing the company's social media presence, increasing engagement with the target audience, driving traffic to the company's website and social media channels, and enhancing the company's brand reputation online.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing and business goals
Create and curate high-quality content for the company's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Manage the company's social media presence and engagement with the target audience
Monitor social media conversations and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute social media campaigns that drive traffic to the company's website and social media channels
Analyze social media metrics and report on the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives
Identify trends and insights to optimize social media performance and inform future strategies
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and developments, and recommend changes to the company's social media strategy accordingly
Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and bloggers to enhance the company's brand reputation online
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
6M - 2 years of experience in social media marketing
Knowledge on Photoshop skills using any tool will be add an advantage
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience with social media management and analytics tools
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus
