• Lead talent acquisition for the designation geography or business as allocated to support branch expansion and grow existing branches
• Improve and enhance HR processes, policies and employee engagement initiatives.
• Understand the business pressures and contribute proactively with business leaders in tackling current or future challenges for a new and growing organization
• Ensure amicable & effective management of employee grievances.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of regional Human Resources Senior Specialists
• Leverage HR colleagues in the Solutions team, Employee relations, to deliver full HR solutions in matters of performance, policies, and other HR matters.

• Should have supported business leaders closely across the key spectrum of HR responsibilities such as talent acquisition, creating & implementing HR processes, employee counselings & performance management etc.
• Preferably from Banking / financial services background
