- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and equipment for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain the storage of materials in designated areas, ensuring proper handling and preservation.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock quantities, movements, and consumption rates.
- Prepare and issue materials and equipment as per project requirements, ensuring timely delivery to construction sites.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any discrepancies or issues with deliveries.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with records and identify discrepancies or shortages.
- Implement proper inventory control procedures to minimize waste, loss, or theft of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area, including regular inspections and maintenance of storage facilities.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to understand project requirements and provide necessary support from the store.
