We are looking for a competitive Sales and Business Development managers to develop sales strategies and attract new customers.
The role requires the Salesperson to source new Sales opportunities and close sales to achieve the disbursement and revenue goals.
The successful candidate will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services under the guidance of the supervisor
Roles and Responsibilities :
Onboard quality referral partners like Chartered Accountants, Real estate agents, Builders, Tax Accountants, Investment professionals, Influencers for lead generation of Mortgage business - Home Loan and Loan against property
Regularly engage with the referral partners and drive origination of qualified leads for Home Loan and Loan Against property
Acquire New Customer through Open Market Leads, Developer and Builder channels, Corporate activities and influencer channels or we can provide leads to the candidate.
Fix meetings with the prospects to conduct need analysis and explain products by Identifying and assessing customers needs and provide the right solution by implementing and adhering to the Need-Based Selling Model.
Engage with existing customer base and network for contributing business volumes via direct self-sourced leads.
Constantly build and increase the network of referral partners to create a regular active base for sourcing quality leads for mortgage business
Upsell & Cross-Sell other financial products basis customer requirements.
Responsible to meet the Monthly and Quarterly Disbursement and Revenue goals
Render prompt post-sales service to customers.
Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering on Business nos.
Work collectively with the supervisor and conduct joint sales calls whenever required
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Desired Candidate Profile :
Prior sales experience of working in Banks/NBFCs/DSAs in the Home Loans, Mortgage and Loan against property products.
Good knowledge of Mortgage products and policies of various Banks and NBFC's.
Proven sales experience and track record of over-achieving targets
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Computer use competency
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven
Any graduate or equivalent
