    Description

    Job Title: Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing

    At Dot & Key Skincare, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our marketplace PPC campaigns to drive conversions on various marketplaces.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage marketplace PPC campaigns (Amazon, Flipkart, Purplle, etc) to drive conversions on the corresponding marketplace
    • Plan, activate, track, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns & its corresponding KPIs
    • Test variations of ads to determine the best-performing ad
    • Liaise with external agencies to drive higher revenue from paid ads channels
    • Collaborate with internal teams & agencies to optimize key KPIs like CPM, CTRs, ROAS, CPC, and Conv. Rate
    • Measure and optimize paid marketing using marketing analytics reports
    • Report results of PPC campaigns at regular intervals
    • Manage and update analytics mechanisms for continued data tracking

    Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

    • Must have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
    • A degree in digital marketing; MBA in digital marketing from premier B-schools preferred
    • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Amazon Pi, and Analytics tools
    • Competency with using MS-Excel and PowerPoint to present plans and reports
    • FB Blueprint certification, Google Ads & Google Analytics certification
    • Good written communication skills
