    We are hiring a Vendor Development Engineer to join our team at Infinitalent Consulting (P) Ltd. As a Vendor Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Diploma or Bachelor's Engineering in mechanical or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in vendor development or procurement.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Experience with SAP ERP and procurement systems.
    • Knowledge of quotations, bargaining, and price negotiation.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret delivery challans.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to work well in a cross-functional team.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors.

    • Evaluate vendor performance and resolve any issues or disputes.
