    We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Digital Channels Specialist -QA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in the digital banking industry and a strong background in QA and digital channels management.     Key Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality user experience across our digital channels, including mobile internet banking.

    Implement agile methodologies to streamline development processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

    Conduct thorough testing and validation of payment systems, cards, and digital account opening processes to ensure accuracy, security, and seamless user experience.

    Manage onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience that fosters long-term loyalty.

    Oversee fund transfer mechanisms, including NEFT/RTGS payments, to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

    Monitor and manage CASA and TD accounts, as well as loans processing, while adhering to regulatory guidelines and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Continuously optimize processes and systems to enhance customer experience, drive business growth, and stay ahead of industry trends.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    4-8 years of experience in QA and digital channels management, preferably in the digital banking industry.

    Proficiency in agile methodologies and testing frameworks.

    Strong understanding of payment systems, cards, and digital account opening processes.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and driving innovation.
