Location: Pune

Requirements:

-5-12 Years of Compensation Exp.

Understanding of Compensation principles, cycles and processes as per different geographies

-Evaluating and benchmarking benefits regularly to verify the relevance and need of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the compensation cycle.

-Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan.

Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current statutory requirements

Ensure that compensation practices comply with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)

Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees

Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans

Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs

Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
