Role & Responsibilities :

This role is an IC role with promising opportunities for quick growth

Managing business #training requirements PAN India

Should have prior experience in new joiner hand holding (On job training - #OJT)

Managing all training delivery through various classroom and digital platforms.

Handling and travelling to multiple territories for training purposes

Driving the e-learning effectiveness and coverage

Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders for driving on job training

Excellent knowledge of loan products, Output-driven training planning

Driving innovative and digital interventions to manage new joiner #attrition and #conversion

Building a positive and conversation-oriented working environment with the training team and business teams.

Driving Input and output metrics for the new joiners effectively.

Desired Skills and Qualifications :-

Excellent digital presence and high on ownership

In the case of experienced, min. 3 years of experience with any industry and min. 2 years of experience in training.

Excellent #communication skills, both written and verbal

High business acumen to understand and analyze the business data and objectives

Excellent crowd management and problem solving skills supported by data analysis
