    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA & QC Manager to join our team at DCS Group. As the QA & QC Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our automotive manufacturing processes meet the quality standards set by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The job is located in Dera Bassi, Punjab, India. This is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in automotive quality management, preferably IATF 16949
    • Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality control systems
    • Familiarity with quality tools and techniques such as FMEA, SPC, and PPAP
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Effective communication and leadership abilities
    • Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
    • Certification in Quality Management Systems (IATF is highly desirable

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with IATF 16949 and other relevant standards.
    • Conduct internal audits and assessments to verify adherence to quality standards
    • Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and standards.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality-related activities, audits, and inspections and documents. Preparing Root cause analysis, NC and CAPA.
    • 4. Production Process PPAP, APQP and POA.
    • Develop and implement a quality management system compliant with IATF 16949 standards
    • Create and maintain quality control procedures and work instructions
    • Ensure all manufacturing processes and products meet the specified quality standards
    • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations
    • Manage a team of QA & QC technicians to perform inspections and tests
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and drive improvements
    • Lead the investigation of customer complaints and implement corrective actions
    • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components
    • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing preventive measures
    • Prepare and present reports on quality performance to management
