GSP Chem is a 40 year old organization specialising in manufacturing and Exports of Specialty Colors.

The Role

We are looking for a talented Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team on a contract basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies for international market, leading internal marketing teams, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives mainly focussed in International Chemical/Dyes Industry.
• This is a hybrid role, located in Mumbai Metropolitan Region with flexibility for some remote work.

Ideal Profile

Must-have qualifications

• How many years of work experience do you have with Persuasive Presentations?
• Ideal answer: 3
• Primary role to persuade potential client with presentation to establish trade relations. Must have previous experience in Marketing in Dyes/Chemical Industry.

• How many years of Chemical Manufacturing experience do you currently have?
• Ideal answer: 3

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Must have proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or similar role in Chemical/Dyes Industry
• Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.) in Chemical/Dyes Industry
• Prior experience effectively leading and managing marketing teams in Chemical/Dyes Industry
• Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods in Chemical/Dyes Industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively
