Core Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Design: Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and detailed test cases for new features, customizations, and integrations.
• Manual Testing: Execute tests for functionality, integration, regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Automation: Create and maintain automation scripts (e.g., using UiPath, Selenium) to improve efficiency, focusing on data-driven testing and CI/CD.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, track, and retest bugs, ensuring timely resolution and preventing regressions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Admins in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Requirement Analysis: Understand business needs and translate them into testable scenarios, identifying gaps or ambiguities.
• Reporting: Provide detailed feedback and test result reports to stakeholders.
