    We are currently seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join Finanshels. The chosen candidate will play a critical role in managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with precision and care. The ideal applicant will excel at identifying opportunities for growth within current accounts and executing strategies to maximize client retention and satisfaction. As the primary liaison between our firm and our valued clients, the Account Manager will be responsible for fostering long-lasting business relationships while providing exemplary service.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key client accounts, ensuring effective management of their needs and expectations.
    2. Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' financial statements and offer customized advice to support their business objectives.
    3. Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling services based on expertise in accounting practices, benefiting both the firm and the client.
    4. Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, transactions, feedback, and progress.
    5. Stay abreast of industry changes, technological advancements, and best practices in account management to ensure the delivery of top-quality service and drive business growth.
    6. Oversee and optimize the client onboarding process to accommodate rapid growth effectively.
    7. Continuously evaluate and enhance service delivery quality, implementing best practices.
    8. Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
    9. Provide direct supervision to assistant managers and team members, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.

    Job Requirements:

    • CPA or CA certification, with substantial experience in accounting and financial advisory services, preferably from a Big 10 firm.
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in account management, preferably within an accounting or financial services environment
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on professional client service
    • A track record of maintaining and growing client relationships, with experience managing a portfolio of 25-30 clients.
    • Proficient in using account management software and tools.
    • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for interpreting financial data and delivering strategic insights.
    • Previous experience as a financial controller or in a similar leadership role is a plus
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in managing high-performing teams.
    • Proven sales skills and experience in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
