Followstore SOP and ensure all other staff follow thesame.
Createweekly staff roster and plan resource for supporting training teamand marketing team wheneverneeded.
Hiretrain and oversee newstaff.
Respondto customer complaints and concerns in a professionalmanner.
Ensurestore compliance with health and safety regulations and followindustrialstandards.
Developand arrange promotional material and instoredisplays.
Preparedetailed reports on buying trends customer requirements andprofits.
Undertakestore administration duties such as managing store budgets andupdating financialrecords.
Monitorinventory levels and order newitems.
Maintainstore monthly report and conduct periodic inventoryaudits.
Takecare store maintenance work wheneverneeded
Requirements
810years of retail store experience with at least a minimum of 3 yearsas Assistant or Store Managerlevels
Degreeor MBA in Sales & Marketing ispreferred
Experiencehandling a team of 812 salesstaff
Experiencehandling Luxury products
Excellentorganizational time management prioritization and multitaskingskills
Excellent customer serviceskills with the ability to create a great shopping experience forcustomers
