    The JD is as follows:

    JD:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

    Proven experience (8+ years) working in a Fast-paced environment, with a strong track record of delivering successful software products.

    Extensive experience in HRMS software development or implementation, with deep knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

    Previous experience in a Product Owner or similar role, demonstrating leadership and strategic vision in driving product development initiatives.

    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features and enhancements.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the product development lifecycle for our HRMS software, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions.

    Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback, incorporating insights into product strategy and roadmap.

    Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.

    Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and adherence to project timelines.

    Continuously monitor product performance and user satisfaction, gathering and analyzing data to drive iterative improvements and optimize user experience.
