    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor segments and customer base up for renewal of loans or nearing completion of tenure/loan amount
    • Apply demographical, behavioral and transactional attributes to identify customer cohorts/segments
    • Work closely with campaign team to plan email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns to increase top of the funnel
    • Work with sales team to ensure maximum conversions, understand challenges and work on resolving them
    • Build strategies to drive customer engagement and growth
    • Regular reporting on progress against goals and relevant business metrics and customer insights
    • Coordinate with different functions including product, technology, BD, compliance, etc.
    • Tack and analyze funnels and identify ways to optimize campaigns for improvement at each step

    Qualifying criteria:

    • 57 years' experience in fintech, lending, BFSI, internet first companies, B2B start ups
    • MBA from tier 1 or 2 college
    • Strategic thinker with experience in lead nurturing to increase churn.
    • Experience in funnel optimization, campaign planning
    • Collaborator who can work with sales, product, tech, and marketing team to prioritize and align work
    • Relies heavily on data for decision making and has experience in simplifying complex data
    • Has worked as individual contributor and has the drive to make things happen
