We are looking for a proficient person to undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, orientation and placement of employees. The suitable person must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with both employees and clients. You should ideally have experience in hiring and onboarding, as well as other human resources procedures. The goal is to ensure that our organization's staffing requirements are always met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.
Job Responsibilities
· Oversee all staffing needs and operations of our clients
· Support candidate screening and hiring processes
· Assist in preparation and execution of onboarding and training plans
· Take responsibility for timekeeping and time off requests
· Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation
Job Requirements
· An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
· Proven experience in Staffing or in a similar role
· Experience in planning and execution of HR processes -onboarding, hiring etc.
· Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Should be a team player.
