• Partner onboarding and managing change requests across partnerships.
• Develop and execute the product roadmap, defining and prioritising features and revenue growth.
• Work closely with external & internal partners to devise the most optimal businesstechnology solution.
• Develop and implement technology governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Manage the technology project portfolio, including project prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain delivery tracking mechanisms to monitor project progress, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring timely and successful project completions.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that technology project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
• Stay updated on emerging technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance project management and governance processes.

• Experience in implementation and integrating services on unsecured corporate Loans.
• Experience in dealing with Banks, NBFCs, FIs and strong Product background is a must.
• Must provide functional / technical leadership on projects and lead internal as well as external team members.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive product decisions and track performance metrics.
• Flexibility to work in a startup environment and ability to solve problems.
