Overview:
HexawareDigital IT Ops (DITO) is a rapidly growing business unit withinHexaware with the Cloud Workplace practice playing a pivotal rolein revenue and growth.
As we expand into new technological domainswe are seeking an experienced Microsoft M365 Services PreSalesConsultant and Solution Expert to join our dynamic team.
Thesuccessful candidate will collaborate within a crosstechnology teamtaking ownership of endtoend solutions for complex digitalworkplace transformations.The role necessitates partnering withthe primary account manager to deliver comprehensive presalessupport from proposal and statement of work development to solutiondefense.
KeyResponsibilities:
Expertise: Possess and continually update expert knowledge inM365 technologies and related components
PreSales Partnership:
Collaborate with fieldbased accountmanagers (Business Development Managers BDMs) to own presalesactivities for assigned solutions at the customerlevel
Requirements Analysis:
Analyzeand gather business requirements from large and complex clientenvironments. Conduct research and investigations to formulateaccurate technical solution proposals aligned with clientneeds.
Cost Estimation:
Develop costestimates (cost models) for professional services and managedservices including deployment migration implementation workshopsetc
Proposal Presentation:
Presentproposals and statements of work to customers. Engage indiscussions and guide customers through the scope and commercialsfacilitating the signoff of theSOW/Contract.
Handover:
After contractsigning seamlessly transition the deal to the delivery/executionteam
Business Development:
Collaboratewith BDMs and local sales leadership to drive new businessopportunities within the existing regional account base. Supportcustomer acquisition activities as assigned.
Solution Development:
Develop overall solutions statements ofwork (SOW) service design and bills of materials(BOM)
Partnership/Alliance Support:
Assist with partnership/alliance functions acting as the primarycontact for Partner/Channel Account Managers. Contribute to GTM andbusiness planning and drive forward programmaticinitiatives.
Solution Evangelism:
Act asa solution evangelist engaging in speaking/presenter engagements atconferences conventions user groups webinarsetc
Transformational Experience:
Bringexperience as a Solutions Lead focusing on largescale complextransformational digital workplace solutions across CollaborationDesktop Engineering Virtual Desktop and Digital enablers such asM365 O365 Service Desk Desk Side supportetc
Technology Knowledge:
Possessknowledge and experience in multiple technologies and theirbusiness applications
Business CaseDevelopment:
Ability to develop business cases involvingROI/TCO/Business benefit analysis as well as negotiate ResourceCost Models
IP Creation:
Ability tocreate solution proposition Intellectual Property for repeatableofferings
Team Collaboration:
Strongteam player in both virtual and solutionsteams
M365 Expertise:
Strongunderstanding of the transformation and operations of M365 servicesincluding email files MS Teams Azure AD Endpoint ManagementDefender security suite and licensingmodels
M&A Knowledge:
Knowledgeand experience in M365 merger and acquisitionscenarios
Reporting:
Maintain andreport on regional service delivery opportunity funnel/pipeline andprojectstatus.
QualificationsandRequirements:
8 years of experience in M365 Services and technologies and relatedcomponents. 6 years in consulting orcustomerfacing environments. Experience inpresales or sales environments.
Expertlevelunderstanding in the majority of M365 workloads Microsoft SecuritySuite Microsoft Identities and Active Directory Microsoft ExchangeMicrosoft Teams Teams Voice and relatedinfrastructure.
Relevant Microsoftcertifications are desirable.
