    Description

    Job Summary:

    The EPBCS Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) solutions. This role works closely with finance teams to streamline planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes in the cloud.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement EPBCS solutions for planning, budgeting, and forecasting
    • Configure EPBCS modules including Financials, Workforce, Projects, Capital, and Strategic Modeling
    • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical configurations
    • Develop business rules, calculations, and data integration processes
    • Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using EPBCS tools
    • Support data load processes, metadata management, and dimensional modeling
    • Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of planning models
    • Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve planning and analytics capabilities
    • Stay current on Oracle cloud updates and EPBCS enhancements

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems
    • 3+ years of experience with Oracle EPBCS or Hyperion Planning
    • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting concepts
    • Experience with Smart View, EPM Automate, Data Management, and Calculation Manager
    • Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Oracle EPM Cloud Certification
    • Knowledge of Essbase cube design and optimization
    • Experience with scripting tools (Groovy, SQL, or MDX)
    • Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle Fusion or EBS
