    RolesandResponsibilities:
    • Filingand updating databases in a timely and organizedmanner
    • Coordinating travel arrangements ifrequired.
    • Make and receive calls in aprofessional and courteous manner on behalf of the ManagingDirector
    • Implementation of administrativeprocedures and tasks
    • Management andmaintenance of office systems and office supplies
    • Organized Scheduling making reportspersonaland business documentation along with accounting duties
    • Expense and Calendar management
    • Coordinate and organize meetings includingpreparing agendas taking minutes and ensuring timely followup onaction items.
    • Handle correspondence includingemails letters and phone calls in a professional and timelymanner.
    • Prepare reports presentations and otherdocuments as required by the M.D.
    • Conductresearch and gather information on various topics asdirected.
    • Coordinate with other departments andexternal stakeholders on behalf of theM.D.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitiveinformation and handle matters withdiscretion.

    DesiredCandidateProfile:
    • Bachelors degree in any field MBA in management or BBA in any field ispreferred.
    • Proficiency in advanced Excel GoogleSuite and presentation skills areessential.
    • Ability to file and schedule in anorganized and timely manner.
    • Proven experienceas Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant or similar role willbe given priority.
    • Prior knowledge andexperience in booking and coordination travel arrangements
    • Must have strong presentationskills
    • Hands On experience in Microsoft OfficeSuite
    • Must have the ability to maintainconfidentiality and discretion
    • Candidate mustbe proactive flexible and fastadapting to rapid changes and inmaintaining and coordinating the daytoday tasks related to the M.D
    • Prior experience in planning and organizingevents and meetings whenever required.
    • Strongand confident communication and interpersonal skills
