Airlearn is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Educator (Tagalog) for our Tagalog Content division. This role involves creating high-quality educational content, leading a small team, and providing strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of learners in the US market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of both Tagalog and English, experience in content creation within the language learning sector, and the leadership skills necessary to mentor a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging Tagalog language learning content tailored to the needs of the US market.
• Collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
• Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Tagalog and strong English communication skills.
• Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Tagalog, Education, or a related field is preferred.
