Developand update communication channels such as newsletters and socialmedia (e.g.FacebookandInstagram) in accordance with the Kido Marketing Strategy topromote the school to both existingandpotentially newparents. Promotethe school by identifying newsworthy stories for the media and PRopportunities.Guide and regularly review signages collaterals touch points ensure that the schoolmeetsKido brandingguidelines as defined and stipulated by CorporateOffice. Conductresearch into the marketplace monitoring changes anddevelopments.Organize parent/community events in order to engage parents atpromoting school brandawarenessandenhance enrolments.In conjunction with the Operations head and the Corporate Teamassist with the developmentandimplementationof the school marketing strategy as a key driver of enrolments andensuring allmarketingmaterialincluding digital communication is alwayscurrent.Incollaboration with the Operations head develop an events calendarto support theenrolmentactivitiesfor the academicyear. ActivateCorporate tie ups as communitycreche.Logistics:Track and manage Logistics (current stock maintenance and timelyprocurement towardsexhaustedmaterial)Oversee bus services provided to the children either by KIDO or anyother third partyvendor.StaffManagement: Help inRecruitment for all Annual performance goals appraisals counselingthem byofferingcorrectiveadvise and action if performancedips RetentionactivitiesInservice training workshops to improve staffperformance Assistin class if necessary and/or arrange for relief staff in theabsence of ateacher Attendanceand leavemanagement Regularmeets with Teachers and Other School Staff to manage reviewprogress and effectivenessofthe variousprograms offeredManage parent grievances and concerns promptly in conjunction withthe TeachersHealthand safety: Followall the health and safetyprotocols UndertakeFire Evacuation Drills and other Health and Safety Exercisesregularly and maintainrecords MaintainFirst Aid Box & provide/guide regular First AirTraining OtherResponsibility Areas: Undertake other responsibilities as deemedappropriate & directedbymanagement.WorkingRelationship1.Internal: Corporate teamSchool2.
