- Ensure compliance to regulatory requirement like cGMP, USFDA, MHRA, MCC etc.
- Ensure compliance to timely receipt, proper handling, storage and dispensing of Packaging materials.
- Ensure compliance to proper handling, control and timely disposition of rejection and expired materials.
- Proper accounting and safe custody of packing materials.
- Understand the requirement of internal customers and fulfil the same within specified time thought proper planning.
- Cleanliness, upkeep, control and general administration in warehouse.
- Training to the people on the systems and procedures for effective implementation and to enhance performance levels of individuals.
- Keeping track of changes applicable in regulatory/ statutory requirements and meeting them.
- Up Gradation of facility to meet future business needs.
- Ensure proper and adequate investigations for incidents.
- Optimum utilization of storage space, manpower, and available resources through proper planning.
- MIS and participation in review meeting.
- All the activities related to the LMS, Track wise & EDMS.
- Documents creation, review and approval.
