    Job Description of Personal Finance Facilitator at Dhanvesttor: As a Personal Finance Facilitator in the Co-Learning and Community Building Team at Dhanvesttor, you will have the opportunity to guide and assist our UHNI clients in navigating finance-related workshops. Your role will involve facilitating interactive sessions aimed at simplifying complex financial concepts and fostering a supportive learning environment conducive to our UHNI women clients' financial growth. Additionally, through close collaboration with the finance team, you will gain valuable insights into the operations of the Indian stock market.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate Interactive Finance Workshops: Lead interactive and engaging finance workshops, guiding participants through complex concepts with empathy and understanding.
    • Facilitate Discussions and Provide Guidance: Lead discussions and provide guidance on attendees' finance queries during workshops, nurturing a supportive atmosphere.
    • Collaborate for Engaging Workshop Content: Work collaboratively with content creators and designers to curate engaging workshop materials that resonate with the audience.
    • Independently Facilitate Workshops/Events: Independently facilitate workshops, ensuring inclusivity and participation among attendees.
    • Adapt Sessions to Different Learning Styles: Tailor sessions to various learning styles to ensure inclusivity and engagement.
    • Support Diverse Needs: Demonstrate flexibility by assisting other departments beyond workshops, contributing proactively to the diverse needs of Dhanvesttor with professionalism and finance expertise.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum Education Qualification: Completed Bachelor's degree.
    • Minimum Work Experience: 0-1 year of work experience, including some facilitation or teaching experience.
    • Financial Knowledge: Knowhow in investments, Indian stock market, budgeting, savings, financial planning, etc.
    • Understanding Consumer Behaviour: Ability to address the unique financial needs of UHNI women clients.
    • Clear Communication: Expertise in simplifying complex financial concepts into easily understandable language, leveraging strong English proficiency.
    • Engagement Skills: Creating an interactive and comfortable atmosphere during sessions.
    • Adaptability: Tailoring sessions to various learning styles for inclusivity.
    • Passion for Empowerment: Dedication to guiding and empowering individuals, especially women, in financial matters.
    • Innovative Facilitation: Developing creative methods to make finance engaging and ensuring high information retention.
