TheL&T Design Engineer plays a crucial role in theorganization responsible for designing and engineeringL&Trelated projects. KeyResponsibilities:

• Conductingstructural analysis and design calculations for L&Tprojects
• Developing detailed engineeringdesigns using AutoCAD and other relevantsoftware
• Collaborating with crossfunctionalteams to ensure project deliverables aremet
• Reviewing and interpreting projectspecifications and requirements
• Participatingin project meetings and providing technicalexpertise
• Conducting site visits andassessments as needed
• Providing technicalsupport to project managers and fieldpersonnel
• Ensuring compliance with industrycodes and standards
• Identifying and resolvingdesign and engineering issues
• Managing andorganizing project documentation
• Assisting inthe preparation of project proposals and technicalreports
• Contributing to continuous improvementinitiatives
• Adhering to project timelines andbudgets
• Participating in the development ofinnovative design solutions
• Providingmentorship and guidance to juniorengineers

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inCivil or Structural Engineering
• ProfessionalEngineer (PE) license preferred
• Minimum 5 yearsof experience in L&T project design andengineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and otherrelevant design software
• Strong understandingof structural analysis principles
• Excellentproject management skills
• Ability tocollaborate effectively in a teamenvironment
• Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities
• Excellent written andverbal communication skills
• Knowledge ofindustry codes and standards
