Description

We are looking for a Test Lead / QA Lead, one with a proven track record of building QA teams, managing the function and direction of the QA teams.

Designation: Test Lead - QA

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Automation and Manual Testing experience with hands-on
• STLC Knowledge & Testing process
• Test scenario & Test case preparation
• Hands on in Defect tracking tool.
• Working knowledge in Ecommerce domain (Payment Gateway & Banking).
• Knowledge in SQL Database
• Mentoring and assisting junior resource
• Involve the peer review.
• Good knowledge in Testing Technics (STLC)
• Working towards project deadlines
• Working with software development team and project support teams
• Ability to work independently.
• Hands-on Java coding.
• Hands-on experience in API Testing.
• Hands-on experience in Selenium.
• Added advantage knowledge on ISO 8583.

Desired Candidate:

• Engineering Graduate with 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and shaping the company's QA processes and strategies.
• Have strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment.
• Excellent knowledge in testing concepts, methodologies, etc.
• Proven leadership in managing large teams and customer.
• Ability to build, implement and direct quality assurance principles and maintain the quality of delivery.
• Outstanding communication skills with great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
• Mandatory on Java codings.

Notice Period – Immediate to 15 Days
