- 2-4 years of experience in a presales and/or solutioning role, preferably in financial services
- Proven ability to understand client pain points and translate them into actionable solutions
- Domain knowledge of credit scoring, alternate data, lending processes, and payments
- Experience in lending project implementations and go-live will be an advantage
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills to create compelling collaterals a must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on approach
- Experience in participating in Product RFPs – technical response, user journeys and call flows, project plan, commercials, bid defence, demos, and contracting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tracks simultaneously
- Must be comfortable in working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Identify prospects - Conduct detailed secondary research, collaborate with the sales team and on-ground support teams to identify, and qualify potential clients and partners
- Client Engagements - Carry out in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges and objectives, and develop relevant solutions towards closure of sales cycle
- Product Solutioning - Map client workflows to Yabx functionalities through call flow diagrams, user journeys, ensuring a seamless user experience. Draft PRDs and work closely with the tech & business teams
- Create compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of Yabx
- Conduct product demos, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for new clients
- Respond to client Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by collaborating with technical and sales teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive proposals
- Participate in Bid Defence presentations alongside sales and technical teams, effectively addressing client questions and concerns
- Develop business case with valid assumptions and create commercial proposals
- Collaborate with Legal and Business Finance teams towards Contract and MOU closures
