Working with one of the leading Real Estate Company, you will be owning the P& L for the City and will drive the topline for new lines of business

Responsibilities:-

You would report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for :

Overall P&L of the City

Coordination & facilitation of various processes for a smoother flow of business

Local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities, and scaling up the business

Brand management in the area and providing an exceptional customer experience

Coming up with a competitive pricing model and sales strategy

What we look for:-

A seasoned sales veteran with experience in P&L management

5+ years of experience in high-paced, high-pressure startup

Should have good communication, and should be a quick learner with people management skills.

Should be result-oriented, selfstarter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, and focused on team cohesion.

Should possess strong networking & relationship-building skills.

Local Language Proficiency is preferred.
