- Handle Post Sales operational responsibilities like ticketing, voucher issuance, payment collection & confirmation
- VISA & Other Travel document mgmt.
- Customer Communication through the Post Sales Process
- Internal Stake Holders: Sales Team, Tour Manager, etc coordination
- External Stake Holder: VISA vendor, Airline, Transport, DMC, etc coordination
- Prepare regular performance reviews and reevaluate processes
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Manage budget to align with goals of business
- Improve and build robust operational SOPs and Processes
- 2+ years of experience in Operations (Travel Industry)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Sheets
