    Job Description:
    We are seeking a talented Technical Content Writer to join our team at Makedian Softech Solutions.

    The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in technical writing, with a strong focus on Salesforce products, SAAS, and CRM.

    As a Technical Content Writer, you will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality, engaging content that effectively communicates our products' features, benefits, and value propositions to our target audience.


    Responsibilities:


    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to gather information and insights on Makedian Softech Solutions' products and services.

    Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape related to Salesforce products, SAAS, and CRM.Develop clear, concise, and compelling technical content, including but not limited to product documentation, user guides, whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, and website content.

    Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines in all written materials.
    Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and organic search rankings.
    Participate in the review and editing process to refine content and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
    Contribute to the development of content strategy and content marketing initiatives to support Makedian Softech Solutions' business objectives.
    Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software technology industry.

    Proven experience writing about Salesforce products, SAAS, CRM, or related technical topics.
    Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable content for diverse audiences.
    Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
    Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
    Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
