    Description

    Essential Functions :
    Lead and oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
    • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the software development team.
    • Drive implementation of software engineering best practices and quality assurance processes.
    • Design and develop software solutions using cuttingedge technologies.
    • Troubleshoot complex software issues and provide innovative solutions.
    • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
    • Lead and participate in agile development methodologies.

    Skills required :

    • Proficiency in technologies such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, , Python, or Golang.
    • Experience : 7 years to 10 years.
    • Educational Qualifications : BE/BTech/MCA.
    • Salary : As per Market Standards.
    • Notice period : 30 Days.
    • Job Location : Virar/Bangalore.
    • Note : Immediate joiners or 30 Days' Notice Period will be Prioritized.

    Additional responsibilities :

    • Responsible for understanding functional and business requirements and translate them into effective code
    • Provide support till deployment of code into production.
    • Ownership for ensuring code optimization, problem diagnosis, and ontime delivery
    • Implement solutions as per the predefined framework /guidelines and adherence to processes
    • Finding an optimal solution for the problem statement
    • Conduct peer code review)
