    Job Overview

    We are hiring an experienced HR Executive to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for handling various HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment agency or staffing industry.
    • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and create job descriptions.
    • Conduct reference checks and background verification for potential hires.
    • Handle employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.
    • Manage employee data and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
    • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Support performance management activities, including goal setting and performance appraisal.
    • Handle employee relations issues and address employees' concerns.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
