    Lead Manufacturing Operations

    The Plant Head will oversee the entire manufacturing process, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials effectively, while ensuring adherence to local laws, regulations, and permits.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, optimising processes to maximise efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and permits.
    • Planning: Develop and implement plans to achieve production targets and operational goals.
    • Resource Allocation: Manage resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials effectively.
    • Health, Safety, and Environment Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
    • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and build relationships with external stakeholders.
    • Financial Management: Manage the plant's budget and expenditures effectively.
    • Crisis Management: Address emergencies or unexpected situations promptly and effectively.

    Requirements:

    • 12-20 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing setup with a strong Mechanical/Civil/Chemical background.
    • Experience in chemicals, building materials, or industrial chemicals.
    • Exposure to exports, special packaging, and shipping is a high value add.
    • A long-term approach to creating SOPs, laying out processes, and formulating strategies.
    • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
