This position be based at Chennai corporate office, will be responsible for Equity fundraising for the group in diversified business.

• Responsible for private equity fundraising for the new projects
• Should have closed 34 mid to large ticket size PE/Investment deal (Average ticket size: Rs Cr.)
• End to End execution of Private Equity transactions
• Relationship management with Key PE funds (onshore and offshore) and PE Consultants
• Support the PE deal in Investor relation, development, due diligence
• Skilled in Creating Financial models from scratch with advanced excel functions
• Expertise in the preparation of Pitch Deck (Investor's Presentation, Valuation modelDCF, Relative, SOTP)
• Skilled in industry research and financial benchmarking
• Skilled in analyzing the acquisition opportunity from a Merger and acquisition perspective.
• Should have handson experience in Transaction documents execution like NDA, Binding and Non-Binding Term sheet, Share Purchase agreement/ Share holders' agreement, Business Transfer agreement etc.

• Engineering/CA & MBA Finance (Tier 1 Institute) with relevant experience in PE fund or Equity team of a Corporate of Repute
• Should have 5 to 7 yrs of relevant experience in Private Equity fund raising.
• Should have good experience in working for good deals and close it within a quick turnaround time.
• Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.
• Excellent Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
