    Role Overview

    We are looking for a 
    proactive and organized HR Generalist
     to support day-to-day HR operations and help strengthen our growing team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviews, and candidate coordination.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements across departments.
    • Maintain and update the company's talent pipeline and candidate database.

    Employee Onboarding & HR Operations

    • Manage onboarding processes for new hires including documentation and orientation.
    • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
    • Assist in drafting HR policies, internal communications, and HR documentation.

    Employee Engagement

    • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, office events, and team initiatives.
    • Support internal communication and organizational culture initiatives.

    Compliance & Administration

    • Ensure HR processes align with company policies and basic labor law requirements.
    • Assist with attendance management, leave tracking, and employee records.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in 
      Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
      .
    • 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations (fresh graduates with strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good organizational and documentation skills.
    • Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment practices.

    Preferred Skills

    • Familiarity with HR tools, ATS platforms, or HRMS systems.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
