    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of business analysts in the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions.
    • Partner with senior stakeholders to define business strategy and translate it into actionable plans.
    • Develop and maintain a datadriven culture within the organization.
    • Identify and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve business processes.
    • Mentor and coach junior business analysts.
    • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in ecommerce analytics and leadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in business administration, information technology, or related field.
    • 58 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 23 years of leadership experience.
    • Proven track record of success in delivering impactful business solutions.
    • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau).
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience with building and managing highperforming teams.
    • Experience with change management.
    • Strong understanding of ecommerce business models and operations.
