- Plant Maintenance:
- Lead E&I maintenance activities for machinery and equipment in the Power Plant.
- Develop maintenance schedules for various plant components.
- Monitor daily execution and documentation of maintenance tasks.
- Assign and manage manpower for maintenance work.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities with minimal disruption to production.
- General Administration:
- Represent E&I maintenance in meetings and events.
- Collaborate with the Operations Excellence team for process improvements.
- Oversee documentation, material requisition, and safety compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Certifications in operational excellence methodologies are desirable.
- Over 10 years in plant E&I maintenance, with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance programs and manufacturing principles.
- Experience in process improvement and Root Cause Analysis.
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, and MS Office suite.
- Understanding of steel manufacturing processes is beneficial.
- Effective leadership and motivational abilities.
- Strong work management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
