    Job Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Operation Team Leader to join our team at our client location As the Operation Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company. This is a senior role requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in operations management. The position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and the employment type is Full-Time.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • Proven experience in operations management, with at least 7 to 10 years in a leadership role
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
