About this opportunity
Ericsson is looking for a diligent and competent Domain Support Specialist Handling PBN Operations and maintaining service availability for PBN nodes with accurate work focus for Alarm Monitoring, support Hardware issues, configuration of all Nodes pertaining to PBN domains and Outage Support for IP nodes/Products.
What you will do
• Ensuring a smooth operation of the GSM specific IP Network.
• Be part of team handling specific PBN Network activities associated with Mobile GSM Network.
• Administrating IP network Systems.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
• Planned Maintenance (Health Checks, Backups etc.).
• Problem Critical issues and Follow-ups (CSR).
• Performance Analysis & Investigation.
• Collaborate with Customer, 3PP and Ericsson Departments.
• Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project.
• Tariff implementation and testing.
• Outage reporting.
• Adherence to Processes.

Educational Qualifications
• Degree within Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering, MCA etc.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer in a mobile network environment.
• Knowledge of Telecommunications and Multi-Vender handon experience like Cisco, Nokia and Huawei
• Knowledge of Basic Scripting.
• Certification in CCNA, Nokia Nuage and ACI will give advantage
