    Job Summary:

    • This role requires a highly skilled leader to oversee the HR team, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with statutory regulations.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving audit checkpoints, maintaining certifications, and ensuring timely compliance.
    • Additionally, this role involves managing housekeeping vendors, coordinating 5S processes, and overseeing staff living facilities.
    • Other key responsibilities include employee salary management, recruitment, training, accidental claim handling, and employee grievance resolution.
    • A strong background in HR administration and experience in time office-related functions are essential for this position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Statutory Compliance and Government Inspections

    Register new employees with PF & ESIC, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely completion of required certifications to handle inspections throughout the year.

    Audits and Compliance

    Proactively coordinate audits and drive compliance with GOTS, GRS, ISO 9001, 14001, 45000, SMETA 4 Pillar, FCCA, FSC, and REACH requirements.

    Housekeeping and 5S

    Monitor service quality, provide qualitative inputs to improve housekeeping services, and coordinate 5S process adherence across teams.

    Vehicles, Canteen, and Guest Management

    Manage a fleet of 20 vehicles, their allocation, and maintenance through weekly audits for smooth functioning. Ensure uninterrupted canteen services and assist with guest reservations and transportation arrangements.

    Staff and Worker Colony Management

    Oversee day-to-day management of staff and worker living facilities, ensuring that all aspects meet organizational standards, including administration, amenities, maintenance, safety, welfare, and services.

    Employee Salary Inputs

    Collate data, provide inputs to the accounts team, and facilitate ECR generation on a monthly basis.

    Recruitment and Training of Blue Collar Staff

    Coordinate recruitment activities, facilitate training for skill enhancement, and support internal promotions.

    Accidental Claim Handling

    Provide immediate support to employees involved in accidents, ensure claim settlements align with company policies and regulations, and adhere to agreed timelines.

    Employee Grievance Management

    Ensure closure of grievances within the stipulated timeframe, conduct root cause analysis to correct issues at the source, and reduce repetitive grievances.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant experience of 10-12 years in HR-administration and time office-related functions.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
    • Familiarity with statutory regulations and compliance procedures.

    Salary Range: 6-9 LPA
