RoleandResponsibilities

• Collaboratewith clients and internal teams to understand business requirementsand provide design Veevabased solutions that meet theserequirements.
  
• Serveas the subject matter expert on Veeva applications including VeevaVault Veeva CRM Veeva PromoMats and other relevantproducts.
  
• Definethe architecture and technical design for Veeva solutions ensuringthey align with best practices scalability and securitystandards.
  
• Designand oversee the integration of Veeva applications with othersystems and data sources both within and outside the life sciencesdomain.
  
• Ensurethat Veeva solutions adhere to regulatory requirements in the lifesciences industry such as FDA guidelines and Good Clinical Practice(GCP)standards.
  
• Providetechnical leadership to development teams guiding them in theimplementation of Veevabasedsolutions.
  
• Reviewand ensure the quality of Veeva solutions conducting thoroughtesting and validation to meet clientexpectations.
  
• Createand maintain technical documentation including architecturediagrams design specifications and configurationdetails.
  
• Workclosely with clients to gather requirements provide technicalguidance and present solutionseffectively.
  
• Provenexperience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Veeva solutionspreferably in the life sciencesindustry.
  
• Strongexpertise in Veeva Vault Veeva CRM Veeva PromoMats and relatedVeevaproducts.
  
• Knowledgeof Veeva data models configuration and customizationcapabilities.
  
• Experiencewith Veeva integrations using APIs and middlewaresolutions.
  
• Understandingof regulatory compliance in the life sciencessector.
  

Requirements

• 5yearsexperience.
  
• Workingknowledge of Regulatory Operations processes (submissionpreparation document management submission publishing productregistration) and relatedsoftware
  
• Experiencein working in a Consulting and/or Customer facing role and managingcustomerexpectations
  
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills inEnglish
  
• Abilityto work independently with clients comprehend and translatebusiness requirements and create corresponding solutionsdesigns
  
• Experiencein Regulatory Operations groups. enduser and/or Administratorexperience with Regulatory Operationssoftware
  
• Understandingof SaaS/Cloud solutions andtechnology
  
• Extensiveexperience working in data migration projects and Veeva Quality OneDMS & Risk Managementconfiguration

5+ years experience. Working knowledge of Regulatory Operationsprocesses (submission preparation, document management, submissionpublishing, product registration) and related software Experiencein working in a Consulting and/or Customer facing role, andmanaging customer expectations Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in English Ability to work independently withclients, comprehend and translate business requirements, and createcorresponding solutions designs Experience in Regulatory Operationsgroups. end-user and/or Administrator experience with RegulatoryOperations software Understanding of SaaS/Cloud solutions andtechnology Extensive experience working in data migration projectsand Veeva Quality One, DMS & Risk Managementconfiguration
